Whatever the nature of the problem or query our Help Desk is there to help.   

Each support call is logged by our Help Desk operators who will manage the call through to its successful closure. The very latest tools are used to allow our staff to share your PC screen and keyboard for remote diagnosis and user instruction. In addition our team has direct links to SAP’s global support staff for technical backup.

Unlike may of our competitors, we offer more than just a Help Desk.
We believe that after going live on a new system it is sometimes be better to talk to the person who knows your system the best, especially where queries may be related to the way your particular system has been implemented, so during the first 6 months from going live you also have a direct line to your implementation consultant, for personalised help and guidance.

Software Maintenance
SAP investment millions of pounds per annum in product development. Each year they release functionality enhancements to keep SAP Business One at the forefront of business software technology, ensuring the software continues to keep pace with market demands and ahead of its competitors.
